By accessing and using the Triglav Health DPC website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Triglav Health DPC.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Triglav Health DPC provides direct primary care services in accordance with Florida state laws and regulations. Our services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are subject to the Florida Medical Practice Act and applicable federal regulations.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare delivery model where patients pay a monthly membership fee directly to their primary care physician. This model does not involve insurance billing and provides enhanced access to your physician.

Important: DPC membership does not replace health insurance. Members are encouraged to maintain catastrophic or high-deductible health insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and specialist care not provided through our practice.

A patient-physician relationship is established only after an in-person consultation and mutual agreement to proceed with care. This website and any online communications do not establish a patient-physician relationship.

All medical advice and treatment recommendations are provided within the scope of the established patient-physician relationship and in compliance with Florida medical practice standards.

Membership fees are due monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment methods and terms will be clearly outlined in your membership agreement.

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, access to DPC services will continue through the end of the paid membership period.

We reserve the right to modify membership fees with 60 days advance notice to existing members.

We are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida patient privacy laws.

Our Privacy Policy, available separately, details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Triglav Health DPC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triglav Health DPC regarding your use of our website and services.
